Shipping Policy
We ship via UPS. Please keep in my mind that UPS doesn’t ship to P.O. Boxes. For OVERNIGHT processing please contact the store directly. Order processing time is 1-3 business days (average but can be up to 7).
Once an ordered has been placed it can not be changed or canceled. Please make sure you provide the correct address. Once your order has been placed the address can not be modified. We DO NOT offer in store pickups for online orders.
All sales are final. We no longer accept refunds or returns! Please make sure you read product description prior to purchasing. Feel to contact us anytime with any questions regarding any of our products.
You will receive a tracking number automatically once your order is shipped. Our orders arrive within 3-10 business days from the time the order is placed. Due to high demand, processing/ shipping times may be delayed. Please contact us PRIOR TO PURCHASE if you need the hair for a specific date, so we can confirm processing / shipping times for your specific order. We can also assist you with arranging for expedited shipping of eligible items. All deliveries require a signature. If you miss the delivery or refuse the delivery you will be responsible for any fees associated with shipping them back to you. During Holiday and sales times please expect longer processing times.

Overnight (available in store only must call the store)
All SALE and Discounted hair is subject to longer processing times.

Return & Exchange Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL! In cases of Manufacturer defects please notify us immediately.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If you are unable to pickup your package from UPS and it back to us, you will be responsible for all of the shipping fees required to ship the goods back to you.
